There is easy access to launches on Derwentwater and buses into Borrowdale and surrounding valleys. An old railway track developed for cycling and walking gives easy access to Keswick and countryside. Keswick town centre offers numerous shops, traditional English pubs, wine bars, restaurants, and the excellent Theatre by the Lake.
